In other news, things are going quite well. I actually have a job! I'm a support worker for Cheshire County Council and I'm working in mental health services, ho ho ho!!! I'm only working 16 hours a week for a 6 month contract, but it's a good way back into work. I'm just waiting on the CRB so I can start. Hopefully I can find another job when the 6 months is up so I can finish my sw training through the OU (I have to be working in the field to do sw through the OU). If I can't, I think I can get help finding an employer to work/train through the OU, so that is all looking very positive.
I'm a lot better these days, slowly coming off the mdeication and moving up the waiting list for CB therapy, hurrah.
Carl has applied to Reaseheath College/Chester Uni to to a degree in Adventure Sports Management. He's waiting to hear back from them through UCAS, hopefully he'll be starting in September.
Ethan's very well, running/playing/talking lots. He's very excitable and making friends with other toddlers and running Carl and I ragged! He'll be 2 at the end of April and I can't believe how fast time has gone!
Trip to Waterworld on Saturday, we're not taking Ethan as he'll get cold/bored within an hour or so, but we're going to have fun!
