The tests are finally over! Yaaaaay! Haha! I watched The Curious Case of Benjamin Button yesterday, and it made me cry. LOL. The plot was cute, though it didn't meet my standards. It wasn't able to answer all the questions in my mind, but it was really intriguing to see a movie whose protagonist is born under unusual circumstances. I couldn't sympathize to Cate Blanchett's character (Daisy) because I think she's too unsensitive to how Benjamin felt, and what she felt for him is lust only. Haha. But the thought of going as far as looking after Ben in his last days though she is old and saggy, I find it touching. I really cried when their daughter was reading all the postcards Benjamin sent every year on her birthday. I also cried when he left his family for their own sake. I just didn't like it when Daisy said that it was right for him to move out for because she couldn't take good care of them. Why did she have to say that? She didn't even think about how he felt, about how hard it was to leave his child and wife, about how hard it was not to see his daughter grow up and be a father like normal men do. Tsk tsk. I really can't sympathize with her character. Haha! Brad Pitt is so hot in his teens! Woooh! Haha! I want to hug him right there (imagine a crazy lady hugging their television). LOL! Haha!
My Prison Break fever is back! Yay! I watched my new DVD today after going home, and I was instantly hooked after the first ten minutes! Haha! Will The Company ever stop? I mean, shouldn't they leave Scofield and Burrows alone? Tsk. The ex-prisoners and Mahone are back on taking The Company down! They were blackmailed by a man from the government that if they wouldn't do it, they will suffer the consequences of their actions (I mean, breaking out of prison for 2 consecutive times?). Scofield didn't agree on the bargain given by their "boss", but after finding Sara Tancredi, his girl friend who was thought to be dead and experiencing a near-death experience in their safe house, he gave in and agreed to take down The Company and find the Scylla, the Company's little black book which contains all the information that they need to take the stupid organization down. Gaaah! Mahone, Sucre, Lincoln, Sara and Roland, a chinito new character, joined forces to free themselves out of the law's cruel hands. Hooh! Haha! I can;t wait to watch the third episode!
