How is the embroidery done? Is it by hand or is it machine done? And can one commission a custom embroidery design?

Hi, I just have a question: I want to make your overskirt (thanks so much for the pattern!) But I need to make the underskirt too. Could u explain how? I was trying to figure it out on my own; when u attach each ruffle layer do u sew it on upside down (right sides of fabric together then flip/press down? Or do u just sew right side of underskirt to wrong side of ruffles? I hope this makes sense.

Was curious....I saw your sales post recently with the black x blue iron gate screen print skirt. I missed out on it and I was wondering how much it would cost for you to make another one just like it? Would it be the same price as the one in your sales post? Also, do you do the screen printing yourself?
