I just finished reading the two Little Women supernatural mash-up novels brought about by the popularity of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. I'm not sure why I keep reading these sorts of books expecting to enjoy them, since most are pretty bad.  There was a prequel to Pride and Prejudice and Zombies written by a different author which was actually

Thanks for sharing. My rl writer's group friends keep telling me to read these on account of my well known obsession with (cough) I mean love for both Little Women and Pride and Prejudice, but I've been resistant to the idea. I mean, why add monsters to perfection?

Well, I'm constantly reading whatever fan fic I can find for Little Women (and I've read a bit of Pride and Prejudice too, actually), and I also really like werewolves/zombies/vampires/creepy books, which leads to me picking up. I mean Little Women and Vampires are two of my favorite things at the moment. I feel like the only way to make such a concept more tailored to my tastes would be to make it into Little Women and Vampires: The Musical
