Dino's expression flashed to damn, caught before the usual enthusiastic grin took over. Since there was no reason to (attempt to) be quiet, he crossed the room unceremoniously to where Kyouya was sitting, helping himself to a nearby spot on the floor.
"No," he chuckled, running a careless hand back through his hair and mussing it further. "I did try, but it was too quiet. And I was lonely," he added with a little nudge to Hibari's knee.
Dino's eyes widened for a moment at this generous reception, but despite appearances, he wasn't an idiot - and he knew better than to question his good fortune. Instead, he smiled honestly above Kyouya's head, lowering his chin to string fond kisses in his hair, breathing him in.
"Thank you," he murmured, gratitude in his voice and the press of his arm. Maybe he was pushing his luck a little bit, but he definitely was a subscriber to the 'nothing ventured, nothing gained' belief, even in regards to Kyouya - or maybe especially then, because it always seemed like a game of chance, but the positive outcome certainly outweighed the bad for Dino, even when the bad could be especially violent.
