Then I took Inui Juice at the end, which knocked me out all of yesterday, which was better than I was expecting. I was expecting a week actually. Then I figured out the consequences and wished that I had been knocked out for a week

Maybe it is. I dunno. But my power looked like it was fully developed already. It hasn't changed at all in limitations or anything since I was fifteen.

Being a water magnet? Sure, maybe later in life when I actually have it in control, but for now, it's just downright dangerous. Especially considering we live right next to a freshwater lake.
