This feels like the worst day of my life, but I know it actually isn't. Since my practicum, I have lost all confidence in my skills and even the knowledge that I acquired. You know as well as I do that you're the furthest from dumb, and while you might feel like you might be on days, you are a really intelligent person. Hell, you're far more intelligent than I am. You can't judge your skills only from that practicum you did - remember everything else that you've done as well, and how well you've done them. Don't ever just focus on the bad :) Everyone has a bad day from time to time, and you should never let it make you think that you don't hold the skill to do what you're studying for. I know you, and I also know that you're extremely talented and well suited for what you're doing.

Stress can do funny things to people, but it always makes people too over emotional - I know I get to that point when stressed. You should never wish to be a better person because you simply could never become a better person... you already are a fantastic and wonderful person. Don't ever change, and don't ever forget that ( ... )

*HUG* That feeling is what killed me in the final year at college and it's devastating. The only way to feel 'better' is to do something that makes you happy, even if it's as little as 15 minutes of walking around or gameplay. Hang in there.

Walk into a health store and buy these: http://healthzone.shoptoit.ca/shop/product--catId_1000059__productId_10849097.html

I swear to god, they are the anti-angst.
