An omnipotent god changed his divine plan for the universe in response to your prayer that a bunch of guys play with a little ball more effectively than another group of guys? He did all that, knowing he was completely ignoring the thousands of people who must have been praying for the other group of guys? That's pretty impressive.

Maybe next you can ask him to stop letting children be raped and murdered and starved to death in Africa or something. You know, if he isn't too busy fiddling with sporting events.

David. That was the reason for my note/disclaimer/edit or what have you. I wasn't being serious. I don't think God gives a damn one way or another who wins the super bowl. I was threating Chaz with praying to God for the Giants to win, because something that did matter and was important to me, was put into a much better situation. I think God answers prayers, but only the ones that really matter. It wasn't meant to be taken seriously... *shrug* I figured some people wouldn't see the humor in it.
