Gotta eat, yes. I have been making rather time-consuming eats lately, perhaps as a means to avoid doing work that needs to be done. Made homemade wontons (plump with a filling of shrimp/pork/water chestnut/green onions, etc), and Nanaimo bars (a Canadian dessert bar featuring a bottom layer of cocoa/wafer/walnuts/coconut, a middle layer of vanilla ( Read more... )

I am bad because I made so many, that I even deep-fried some wontons and ate them with plum sauce. This means more boxing to work it off!

Man, I wish we lived in the same country. We could have weekly cooking sessions and feed ourselves with gourmet delights each week!

although I do have a need for filet-o-fish, fries, a good burger, whopper jrs, and A&W onion rings...not so gourmet!
