sugar coma on cupcakes

After I finished my 12 day detox cleanse, I haven't really gone back to the way I'd eaten before it. This is a good thing. I haven't had any real flour products; don't miss bread and crackers as I thought I would. I'm doing quite fine with the brown rice, which is surprisingly yum. Although I did go crazy on sugar. i've had a drastic change in my eating habits myself. i only eat brown rice too! so tough at first if you're Asian!

I was actually surprised how good brown rice was when I first began eating it! Now I'm noticing there's a few sushi places that use brown rice as an option. That's westcoast for yah!

good that you are liking brown rice. it's not bad at all! i'm sticking to my pescatarian diet and lovin it.

Oooh, I might try a pescatarian diet since I'm pretty much eating mostly fish anyways. Obsessed with wild salmon. Expensive but delish.

it's really made a diff. i can see it in my body and i FEEL better too. besides, after reading the "skinny bitch" book, the thought of meat grosses me out. you can do it!
