After I finished my 12 day detox cleanse, I haven't really gone back to the way I'd eaten before it. This is a good thing. I haven't had any real flour products; don't miss bread and crackers as I thought I would. I'm doing quite fine with the brown rice, which is surprisingly yum. Although I did go crazy on sugar. Uh oh. Sugar. Bad, bad, sugar.

Oooh, I might try a pescatarian diet since I'm pretty much eating mostly fish anyways. Obsessed with wild salmon. Expensive but delish.
