I can't believe I've been posting in this since 2001! It's crazy, almost a decade! While I can't look back on what I used to obsess over when I was 15 without cringing, I can't believe I'm 23! I'm so jealous of your language pursuits. There are so many languages I would love to dabble in, but, thanks to grad school, I have no time to do stuff like that. Good luck with Japanese (not being sarcastic, actually wishing you good luck)- I've heard character languages are really tough to learn!
