Woo!

I'm posting to my LJ with a new laptop! This is the machine that I'll be taking to Japan. I got it from Circuit City today for a nice deal. It's got a bit of a kick to it, but it's not too much of an ass kicker, so it didn't break the bank.

Yay! First laptop I've ever owned that was bought with my own money.

Okay, I *knew* that Black Friday existed, but its reality-warping insanity has never been made truly apparent to me.
