Just another post to let you know that I'm still alive. If any of you are even still here :')

I won't write much in this entry; I just came here to say that in the last few weeks I've FINALLY started to get help with my depression and anxiety, and I think that coming back to LiveJournal might even be good for me to keep track of my recovery.

That would be lovely! One of the reasons I feel hesitant to come back to LJ sometimes is the worry that everybody else has moved on :')
