I'm going to be the lone voice asking for clarification. What is the context of this image? Is it altered or photo-shopped? Did you actually see it on tv? Have there been any articles about it?
I've seen plenty of hoaxes like this perpetrated by people with a vendetta against FoxNews/BBC/NPR/CNN/etc. I'm instinctively skeptical at this point.
Yeah, I've seen a couple of those, but I'm wondering where the original was. Reporters often lie and say they saw something because they don't want to be scooped. I've seen too many fakes pop up on-line only to be treated as real by reporters; I'm probably over-sensitive to it though since my father has worked for multiple news media outlets.
