Summary: Kakashi likes to cuddle, Iruka likes to tease
Iruka sighed deeply, head falling back against the pillow, sweat and semen drying slowly against his skin. Kakashi pressed close to his side, arms wrapped loosely around his chest. "Anyone ever tell you, you cuddle too much?" Iruka asked, amused. Legendary jounin master, and he had a soft spot for snuggle fests after mind-blowing sex.
"No such thing." Kakashi grinned, nuzzling his bare cheek against Iruka's shoulder.
"It's hot," Iruka whined, though he wasn't really complaining.
"Ruka..." Kakashi mumbled quietly.
Iruka watched, puzzled. Normally, Kakashi just pouted at him and cuddled harder when he complained about the heat after sex. Then, Kakashi shifted, sliding back and off onto his side of the bed. Iruka felt a pang of guilt and hurt. "Wait."
Kakashi paused, not yet completely without contact.
"Come back."
Kakashi frowned, confusion evident. "But you always say... so I thought..."
"I'm just teasing." Iruka wrapped both arms around Kakashi and pulled him as close as he could. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you think..."
Kakashi kissed him, just to get him to shut up. "I love you. I don't often get to be so honest, but with you I can just be all me, and I don't feel naked or vulnerable. You just do that to me."
Iruka stared, speechless. "Kakashi..."
Kakashi smiled. "Just kiss me and tell me you love me."
"More than anything." Iruka complied, more than thankful for the arms wrapped tightly to his sides. He'd never tease Kakashi for them again. Well, maybe once or twice, Kakashi was holding on tight enough Iruka's chest hurt; but nothing in the world would make him ask for a little more air.
