Asking a Favor

I know this is extremely off topic, but I need your help. I'm about to lose ~60+ hours of work to lazy idiots who don't know art or computers.

So, as some of you may know, I've been playing Minecraft very religiously the last couple of months. For those of you who don't know what Minecraft is, it's called a "game" but it's really a glorified 3D digital art medium. You collect blocks and craft and build blocks to make these elaborate, walkable builds. Be them statues or mountains or architecture.

The last week, I've been part of a contest on a server I joined recently. In this contest we've been tasked to build something within the space to fit the theme, "Mideval." I've spent something in the range of 60 hours on this project and am VERY happy with how it's turned out, but I just found out, the server owners are planning to flatten every last one because trying to store them would put too much of a strain over time.

The server is "escapecraft.com," if you'd like to join and check out my build. I'm Captainnemo3 on there. Their sister-site is Escapecraft. A friend has made a thread in their Forums here asking for suggestions.

If you know anything about computers/Minecraft and how we might go about preserving these for future viewers to download or see, please, get an account and make a suggestion. If you don't know and just think erasing HOURS of heartfelt effort in the name of "efficiency" is the most cruel punishment to ever inflict upon an artist, get an account and concur with the sentiments already posted. Even poor suggestions, just more voices may get us heard. But please, keep it civil and PG-13, I don't want to piss them off.

Preserving the builds wouldn't just be beneficial for us either, it would be great PR for the server. Please, contribute, help us save our builds.
