POST and I will tell you what MY CHARACTERS think of YOUR CHARACTERS.
At least if I know who they are. Or you could remind me. I currently play on M3 and MotM, though I haven't really been active lately.
Feel free to ask me about OC alts I no longer play if you'd like as well.

Nana: Sing admires Nana's attitude when she is showing some spine. On the other hand, when she gets down/depressed/in the funk, Sing finds her quite frustrating, and doesn't know how (or if) he should do something about it.

Cinnamon: She's /Cinnamon/. This says a lot. How she manages to stay so upbeat in the face of all the crap that comes her way either by enemy action or personal invitation is something he tries (and only sometimes feels like he succeeds) to emulate.
Shell: Sing's not entirely sure where he sorts The Shellfish, much like Jeremy White, on his index of who he will and will not deal with. This is caused, mostly, by Shell's involvement w/ Teresa and Shell's anti-"Maverick" attitude. Most of this could likely be cleared up pretty quickly with a conversation, but Sing's somewhat nervous about taking that step. He's not certain as to whether or not she'd be willing to talk.
Bonus Dead Alt Siren: Sing took Siren's death a bit harder than he'll admit, even moreso to himself. He liked Siren's attitude, if not her anger even though he didn't quite get that the two were very much a part of one another. She was one of the few Mavericks Sing actually liked talking to because she wasn't all murderdeathkillatrosity.

Todoh: Todoh is a crazy old man. Zach did pick up the Pile Smash, which turned out to be (despite the rep), an insanely effective move for him. Now if he could just get the old man to stop siccing the other Todoh-Ryuu practioners after him, Zach would be in business.
Rust: Zach likes Rust. The dude has some serious grit, and it does Zach good to see Rust out and kicking ass.
M3:
Bubble Man: Sing hates the Robot Masters with a certain amount of passion. There is really no other thing to do, given Wily's grip on his robotic minions, other than punch him in the face and send him back as E-Rings.
Jailbird: Of all the Hunters Sing's had dealings with, Jailbird is likely the most solid (physically and morally) member of the bunch in his estimation. He kinda wishes he had more time to talk to the mech, but Sing is not sure how burnt that bridge is now.

BONUS EX ALT: Duff McWhalen
I know we haven't Rped much, but hey, feel free to imagine.

Dusk Flamingo, I /think/ joined with RF while Sing was on Mars for business. And then when Sing got back, Dusk was gone on Secret Assignment. Although I imagine that Sing might be only mildly uncomfortable about trying to kidnap Dusk's last employer. Maybe not; Sing still does not feel too bad about trying to do something about Sumiyama.
Sing didn't really have much of an opinion one way or the other about Duff, really.

Sing misses the Bee, keeps the hatchet in a place of honor in the studio. Chroma's death is one of the handful of things that he was in a position to prevent, and failed to do. This weighs on him a great deal since keeping people from dying is of import to him, and he considered Chroma a friend.
