So Dave had lots of Scarborough Fair herbs left over from the Guinness Stew on St. Patrick's Day, and wanted a home for 'em. I am all over fresh herbs like white on rice. So here's what I came up with to do with 'em...

Your recipe sounds great! I must try it. It reminded me (just in the sense of the fusion) of an Italian Roast Pork "Lo-Mein" I made once. :)

In other news: I called One World to see about stopping in for saltenas, and the fellow I spoke to said that because not enough people bought them, they no longer make them. Waaah! He did say that if a person wanted them for a special occasion, they could still make them . . . also the name of the Indian-inspired pizza you mentioned in your comment is the Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal. Korean Seoul. So cute. Thanks again for that info.

Sorry, I don't know how to use Live Journal and I'll probably show up as Anonymous. This is Lisa from Champaign Taste.

Ahhh darn, I hadn't heard that they'd stopped making the saltenas. Those were tasty! But since I walk back and forth to work a lot, I rarely have the time to stop on the way... drat. Anyway, thanks for the info, and I hope you like One World's pizzas! ^___^
