You've probably never seen me, but I lurk in the shadows and whenever you post something I squee. Absolutely love your writing, especially the Tentacle verse, also leaning towards the FF7/Fruits Basket series. I wish I had the skills to make the sound byte for you but unfortunately my skills are zero in that area.

Anyway, wanted to wish you a very happy b-day and I hope that you enjoy your day.

P.S. I love the Sack!boys, I'm moderately skilled in crochet and now you've got me interested in making some!! Loved the Jenova head.

The weloveamigurumi community is awesome - CausticMuse is the one who does the really awesome sackboys like Kratos, SackGod of War and SackHellboy and so forth. She posted a head pattern on one of her postings; I started off with that one and have been tinkering with it ever since (the way I did Cloud's head is a little more tapered just because he's got that pointy little chin and heart-shaped face; Zack's got the biggest grin of them all, etc.) Take some pictures if you end up making 'em!

Well, it's sure not the healthiest of recipes, but I'm happy to share. This is the actual OrgLIX-inspired Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake Caramel Cheesecake Pie, and here is the recipe. With additional chocolate whipped cream. Just 'cause.

And my favorite fics of yours? ...I have no idea how I could pick. I still read the Thirty for Three ones every so often. Same with Akisu, Calling... Against Regulations... and every so often Ikenié is just right somehow. And I really do love The Dragon of Nibelheim. .....And okay, A Shoggoth on the Chimney and Fantasy island AU have been known to make me feel better.

...Point being, happy birthday. Even if I rarely comment, I still read! (And geeky crafting is magnificence, always. An army of crocheted chocobos will probably get together and kill me some day... but what a death that will be.)

......ohmigod I think I may die of diabetes just looking at the picture of that. It looks really good! But you'd have to prearrange a couple dozen people to help you eat it so as not to die of sugar overload!

It's particularly gratifying to hear that about Akisu, because that one seems like my little random orphan-ficlet that I keep meaning to get back to but haven't got a plot-pivot coherently gelling enough for anything yet. Yeah, it's... it's quite the creation when it's done. Good thing: it does last perfectly in the 'fridge for up to one week. Of course it's probably better when it doesn't have to last that long. Heh.

And I very much like Akisu! I don't know--it's definitely funny, but there's another charm about it. Something very protective and heartfelt there. Or I could be nuts, that's possible.

Thank you for the compliment on the chocobos! I did make them, and... I'm still not sure how, as I didn't have a pattern and I still don't. I have a vague idea of how to make them, though I don't suppose that helps much. And I am still making them. (So, so sorry, I don't mean to advertise and I apologize if it comes off that way--but there are better pictures on this page.) And have given up counting how many. And yet I am still too intimidated to try a sackboy yet, this makes no sense at all. *grin*

XDDDD see, I am too intimidated to try a chocobo, on account of how you have to know where to turn things and where to change stitches in so much smaller a space! Once you figure out the mouth on the sackboy, everything else is dead easy to improvise. And the mouth is basically "make a chain a third the length of his skull circumference, reattach it at the appropriate interval, and keep on going round in circles, then make a black ring to fit the inside of his mouth and edge it with skintone." The chocobos, though -- there's the little head crests and the little beaks and the little wings and it's all intricate and stuff! XD Shiiiiiny...

You don't know me from a bar of soap, but I wish you a happy birthday. :3 And while I dearly love all your Seph/Zack/Cloud fics, I think I'm especially sweet on "Wark With Me, Kid." It makes me grin stupidly every time, to the point that I dragged a friend in front of my computer, sat her down and made her read it and then giggled every time she made wibbling sounds. XD

...I don't know if I commented, but I found your fics really, really late in the piece (ie a few weeks ago) and felt kinda strange doing so - but your writing really is beautiful. :D

oh man, I miss my IJ icon collection over here! Here I've got to pick between the attack-of-glomp icon or the mama's-a-space-virus icon and they're both equally appropriate! XDDDD I think the attack-of-glomp icon wins on account of how yeah, it's tentacles, but it's so darn CUTE. And Cloud is never going to escape from the huggins again, not with four of them wandering around with all those extra grabbing and groping options equipped. :3 Thank you!
