Probably wasn't a, "yet another hippie/so do the hippies" thing but rather, "oh that health fad."

The media popularized every new health diet and lifestyle so much that there is little credibility left in them.

tatoo? grab some sharpies and have a party.

on a random note: About four months ago while waiting for coffee in my school, I overheard two professors discussing/fighting over what new muscians and bands keep representing the themes of older generations or have evolved to bring about a new message. They spoke critically of the bands that played the Pete Seeger tribute concert some months back. One of the professors got pissy at her friend when she compared Conner Oberst to Bob Dylan. She became more pissy when her friend (another professor) professed her adoration for the singer Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam. Anywho...the whole discussion lasted some 7 mins (long line) and it ended with the professor, who is a fan of modern music, apologizing to her friend who was a vintage music snob.

It's true. Everyone wants to cash in on a 'bestselling' diet book that's half true. I just get tired of the authorities being condescending to me. Gawd!

I guess once you become a expert in one thing it goes to your head eh? Damn profs!

Hi there. It's Dari. Sorry it's taken me so long to get in touch with you. But I keep missing you on AIM. Next time you're on send me an IM -- I'm probably invisible. And if I'm not online, I can still get the messages when I sign on next. IM me your e-mail address, we can keep in touch that way. :)
