it isn't stupid, but you're right. It is just a phase and something that maybe you need for now. I don't know why you have resulted to this, maybe for its' familiarity, or not, but that does not matter ^^ You're fine and as time passes you will see things differently again :)

it's only temporary... you will soon realize you are all the more connected to others and that there are people that really care about you..
everyone needs a trip or escape from the world around us.. it's natural to want to dissociate yourself from the world once in a while.. after all the only way for your conscious to grow is to be alone... everything's going to be ok. don't worry..

i wish i can do something to help you feel better though.. it feels too hopeless to go through..
