I do not know who writes the item descriptions at Maxis for the Sims 2, but:

Dude, that is one big Ninja. I mean, sure -- you've seen plenty of Ninjas in your life, but have you ever seen one that's this big? Duh, no. This ninja probably has shurikens bigger than your HEAD! If you saw this guy in a darkened alley, you'd be like: okay, 1: This guy

...? Where did you find this one? Granted I haven't played much with Nightlife or University, but I haven't seen this guy anywhere and I must have him.

He's in the new expansion pack, Open for Business - along with ninja costumes. It's ninja-rific.

My dream of creating a Sim Ninja Burger is approximately 1/8th complete.

Wait, what? The new expansion's out? I barely touched #2 and #3, and now there's four? *pouts* I'm so behind!

Yeah, it's called Open for Business. It's a single disk one, and mostly adds a new tycoon-style mode to the game.
