Who just beat Suikoden Tactics?

*I* just beat Suikoden tactics. Booyah.

About a month or two later than everyone else, granted, but still. X_X

Changed the layout on the journal. Not entirely happy with it; will probably fiddle with the colors later.

That's weird, since I just beat it last night. Got to the secret facility and then just stopped. Picked it back up, got the mercenaries to join me, and watched how cheesy and cliche the almost-final-boss-schmuck got.

I liked it, but it's a game I can take only in small doses.

By the very nature of my play time (only play on weekends), I've been doing it in gaps, too. And i think that's the way to play, because I would go nuts playing it every day. Especially with all the obel ruins stuff...Which I never did finish. X_X

I was kind of surprised at the end - the Walter/Yohn bit, anyway. The rest of it was kinda schmaltz-rich though. How did I know Iskas would turn into Fishkas or that Cornelia would be the only one left to claim the throne?

The walter/yohn thing just gets creepier every time I think about it, though. SHE CAN'T TALK.

I'm putting Rhapsodia on hold until I have time for long videogaming (108 SoDs and all). Same reason why I'm stopping WA: ACF. XD

So how's Suiko Tactics, in general?

(And I'm always willing to help out with layouts, btw. If you don't mind using S1, harharhar. XD)

Well, do you like SRPGS? It's very ...SRPG-ish. Kind of like Disgaea, but you don't build your allies, you recruit them. There's a good variation of characters, quite a few familiar faces from SIV...Be sure to load SIV data if you can, the bonus is worth it. :D

The story is pretty good for an SRPG, and definately makes me wish they'd included this stuff in Suikoden IV.

I'd definately say to play it, if you're interested. :D

Is there any difference between Tactics and Rhapsodia though, story-wise? 0.o
