SLA starts next Tuesday, and I am very much looking forward to it, the setting sounds cool and it'll be a huge change of pace. The problem is I miss D and D so much. I am a little bitter (read lot bitter) about losing the D7D game cos of stuff out of my control. And a bit betrayed. But if people want a change of pace, then to keep the group ( Read more... )

um... sorry... I'm not sure that things didn't get a little exagerrated/ mis-interpreted in my absence... I eventually stopped enjoying the game, but I never would have asked for the game to end because of that, and I never asked Leon to stop doing it... I would have found another D&D game or something...
...I did feel really guilty about it all, but I couldn't hide that I was upset every Tuesday, and felt resentful that I was spending an evening a week being miserable...

James wanted to keep the group together, or I would have let everyone carry on and have left... it didn't seem to be a situation with a solution, as I was unhappy, but would have sad not to see Leon on Tuesdays... I do feel rather selfish... I was worried about hurting everyone's feelings, as he problem was just with me, not with the other payers or Ben as a DM...

Don't worry, and I know how clingy we can get about our men :P I really do hope you enjoy SLA though, please try, it's the only gaming I get!!!
