My New Years resolutions.

1. Help out more often at the game shop (since you know, Grandpa's getting pretty old...).
2. Get scores of 85 or higher on all of my classes.
3.Try not to act so awkward around people I don't know or people I don't get along with very well

I do not see the reason why people make such resolutions. It is not as if anyone ever keeps them. What a foolish tradition.

But it's the most important holiday of the year. It's a chance to start over with a clean slate.

Having a clean slate has nothing to do with making resolutions. Besides, do you really think that everyone is going to allow everyone else to have a clean slate? People carry grudges for longer then a year.

Not everyone does. New Year's Day is a chance to better our lives and the lives of other people.
