I'm sure we all feel like that...We're happy for him, but we're still sad to be losing him, and honestly, there's not much we can do about it. We can't get rid of the feeling, because he means so much to us. But hopefully he knows that, behind all our tears and sad faces, we really truly are happy for him. And I would think he does. It's ok to cry when you see him off- this is understandably hard for us all, especially for him. We just have to do what we can. *hugs*

my journal entry pretty much sums yours up, though not as eloquently. i must say, he actually made me excited about spanish, and i appreciated that he asked me about the words instead of the high and mighty i-know-it-all position some people get. truly, i love that he is cultured, and at the risk of becoming a stalker, i'm totally gonna email him a lot. he's too cool. *group hug* as the commedy softens the blow...
