That's the problem. I love Carey but I don't really ship him with anyone, because I don't actually know the Habs very well at all, and since I don't really like Subban, I don't have many options. /o\

Crap, I could mayyyyyyybe do Sasha, but I have no idea who Carlson is, haha. I FEEL SO BAD RIGHT NOW I'M SORRY.

OH OH.

Ebs is a waiter at some high-class fancy restaurant, because he's hot and smooth with the ladies and cute and still down-to-Earth, and Hallsy is his bff and loves cooking, and he works in the kitchen. And they've been bffs forever and fool around sometimes and only recently they've kind of become exclusive, in their own confused boyish way.

And then Ryan gets hired and he's starting as a dishwasher, and this isn't the kind of restaurant where everyone is cliquey and douchey and he and Hallsy start talking and get along really well and Ebs wants to ask Hallsy who the cute newbie is and then THEY INVITE HIM OVER ONE DAY AND SEDUCE HIM AND GET HIM DRUNK THE END :D

and they live polyamorously ever after. :D

Lol Shea Weber and Jonas Hiller? totally random, but whatever, creative license with AUs. Sure. I'mma be totally cliche here....

Jonas is the quiet one who spends lots of time in the library and likes science and reading and doesn't hang out a lot with people. And Shea is the huge monster of a jock, but he's not as much of a douche as Jonas seems to think, and secretly he is good at science, and one day Shea sits down next to him at the table in the library.

Maybe they end up having more in common than they expected, and despite weird school cliches and misunderstandings Shea ends up really liking him and Jonas isn't sure if this is a good idea but they go out anyway and have a really good time and FALL IN LOVE YAY.
