Blue Line Shutdown, Information Failure

This morning as I arrived at the Logan Square Blue Line station, I encountered hundreds of passengers streaming out. The line had shut down and everyone was intructed to disembark

I'd just gotten to the California station, going to Montrose, when a bazillion people suddenly got off. Similar chaos, no one knowing what to do, one guy telling people there would be shuttle buses.

Seriously, if I'd gotten there ten minutes earlier I'd have gotten to work on time, instead of an hour late.
