Assuming it wouldn't be concidered a gross violation of company policy, you could use a relay, which is what I do because the enlightened folks at my company concider poker sites gambling content and I don't quite remember the lame reason they block blogging sites. Anyway, just wanted to mention that there are some ways around it, but it can be a risk if circumventing the blocking would be seriously frowned upon.

you can always write everything you need and save a copy in your email, and post it at home... if you have a cel phone that can go online, then you can read your friend's list from that...

Don't let the man get you down, Phil. I routinely write my blogs at work, and then upload them later. Typing in Microsoft Word looks more work-like than typing in Internet Explorer, anyway.
