I have my intake appointment with Linda Wesp on 8/12. For those of you who have been or currently are her patients, how long of a wait was it between when you got your labs done and your first shot ( Read more... )

How did you go about scheduling the appointment? I live in central WI, and right now, the closest place I can get T is in Milwaukee, and they require a letter, so Chicago would be my next choice. Also, about how often do you have to go in for labs and such? If you don't mind my asking ;)

I just called up Howard Brown and said I wanted to make a medical appointment with Linda Wesp. The receptionist asked my name, if I was under the age of 24, phone number, address, ect and that was that. Easy enough.

I have no idea how often I'll have to get labs done. Ask someone who already sees someone at Howard Brown. My intake isn't until August 12th.

Hey the wait isn't very long! Your first appt is bloodwork! The second appt if all is well is your first shot! She is GREAT! Love her. She is my doctor too!

I did the pap with Sarah Williams and it was horrible. It was my first time. I hope I don't have to do that crap again.

i wonder when they started this no letter thing.. cuz i remember when was tryin to start with them 2+ years ago i felt like i had to jump through hoops to get shit done...the whole process ended up takin me about six months..but that is badass that you can just consent for yourself now..although i did enjoy the therapy and thought it was worth the time..
