I thought that this was really interesting. It's a long speech, but this one part in particular caught my attention and I keep coming back to it and thinking about it.

Oh I love Elif Şafak and her perspective is very similiar to mine. Thanks for sharing this bb! I love TED talks ♥ Will share this with all my writer friends :D

Her accent is weird, LOL! I've never heard her speak English before. And she talks like she memorized each and every word so it's a bit rushed, don't you think?

Whatever. I like the "surrounding with walls" metaphor A LOT.

Yeah, I have to agree. That was the one little thing I disliked, that she sounded very rushed. Maybe she was nervous? Because other than that, she was a very dynamic speaker and her story flowed beautifully.

:) I'm glad to hear it <3 And I got emotional listening to it too. Like...I dunno, it made me happy, angry, sad, it made me laugh, etc. It's just really wonderful all around.
