I'd much rather run in the rain than in 100+ degree heat any day of the week. :D Sounds smart to me.

Running in the rain doesn't necessarily mean there's something wrong with you. I mean, if you were being chased by a bad guy, you'd run whether it was raining or not, right? You could run away from bad guys in the middle of a freaking tornado, and nobody would think there was anything wrong with you for that. So the absence of a bad guy chasing you as you run in the rain is merely proof of your good fortune, not an indication of mental instability.
