I've done a bunch of friending over at insanejournal, setting up feeds. I didn't do you all :( but I did friend everyone who posts often and whose posts I follow avidly. If I missed someone, I'm sure I'll realize it soon enough ( Read more... )

I have been wondering which is better: insanejournal or greatestjournal.
But, now that I know at least one person who has switched over, maybe I'll just lazy out and join insanejournal.

Personally I've had a greatestjournal since 2003 and never used it, and when I decided to move insanejournal won out. I've never much liked GJ's layout and design, they're several generations behind with the software, and I don't think their policies are much better than LJ's. No one knows who runs them, and they randomly delete icons (Gee, so THAT'S how they can afford to "give" you 2000 icons, they just delete the ones you don't use that often) and I've even heard that old posts can disappear!
