Snooker, I guess. Still haven't yet figured that game out. :-)

(I can survive playing pool (aka 8-ball). The problem is that I'm a little more familiar with NZ Pub rules, which aren't quite the same as official rules. Offical rules don't state what happens when you loose the game without sinking any balls..)

Snooker is a lot easier than that cricket you folks have. Pot red, pot a color, and after all the reds are gone, pot the colors in a certain order. Hardly complicated, from a spectator's point of view :)

Cricket's easy. One side tries to knock over the little stack of wood, the other side has to stop them and whack the ball far enough away to be able to have the two team members out in the middle run between the piles of wood before the other lot can knock them over. The team trying to stop the piles of wood getting knocked over get bonus points for hitting the ball hard enough to get it out of the playing area. Simple.

But it took you more lines to explain it, and I still don't get it :D
