So...I hate Home Depot. Here's my letter. Can someone please give me suggestions? Can I be meaner? I want to be as mean as possible, without being ignorant. I don't want them to just discount my letter as the ravings of a madwoman. LOL ( Read more... )

You get an A+ on that one. There's a nice underlying bitchy tone but it's perfectly good for a complaint letter.

On a sidenote, that's one frustrating situation!

God damn, I hate these big corporations that can't seem to handle being big corporations!

But I think the letter is good, details all the areas & you get your anger across without seeming violent!

Lyndon's going to add some stuff in when he gets home tonight. He used to be a Home Depot employee so he wants to add some stuff from an ex-employee's point of view.

I'm so aggravated. I swear I haven't been this pissed off at ANYTHING in years.

Hope that Home Depot is better than ours. LOL

Lyndon worked there when he got out of the Navy. He says it was a great job and he loved it...but Home Depot seems to have gone down hill in the last ten years.

we have never had to have anything installed b.c my dad can do it.. but yeah weve never had problems with it!

I cant believe you had that much trouble with them!

In speaking to Bob, I was told that he had no seen no indication that the flush bolt was in.
In speaking to Bob, I was told that he had NOT seen ANY indication....

other than that I think it is an awesome letter! And that is insane! I have never had any problems with home depot!! Hope you get it all settled though :)

It sounds great, very professional yet you can definitly can tell your pissed off about what happened. I hope things can get straightened out for you!
