Somehow I managed to not pay my water bill for the past two months. WTF?? How did that happen? I'm so anal retentive about money. I get seriously tense when the slightest thing is off in my checkbook, or a bill deadline approaches and I haven't paid it yet. I am nearly obsessive about finances...so this is just making me sick to my stomach.

Totally the responsibility of the man. I don't even think the woman should have to move it to another trash can, because that technically is a trash can. The woman would only have to take the bag out of the pail if that were here responsibility with EVERY trash bag in a can. Anyway, if the woman has to do everything for the child then the least the man can do it take the freaking bag out of the pail for her.
