quick update before I go pass out.

Went to Dr. Vest today, and he's great.  He's a hippie.  Environmentalist of sorts.  He kayaks.  He was wearing Birkenstocks.  I love this man.  He's great.  He spent a whole hour talking to us.  So, needless to say, I'm optimistic.

When he mentioned the possible causes of my illness, he mentioned a couple of huge words that I have never heard
