My internet connection was all sucky, so I got off my computer and went into my room, turned on the t.v. and started channel surfing. A bit before midnight so there's nothing really good on around that time ever. Then I saw this:

The Sugarcubes. In... let me think now... I think it was late 80s, around 1987. I got their debut LP (yes, vinyl!) because of a review I read in a mag long dead now, StarHits. I still have that LP even-though I have nothing to play it on :)

ohh cool, you know, JulioS told me he saw them play in SF around that time too (if i remember correctly), a little place, no big crowds... I wish I would have been old enough to go and see them... ahh I wish I had known about them. I was listenint to the cure in '87 (I was 10).

Oh and umm, if that vinyl is taking up space better used with other things, well, umm, I wouldnt mind taking off your hands *wink wink* hee hee

And *giggles* my vinyl records will be pried from my cold dead fingers before I give them up, but it's good to know I'm not the only one who likes them :)
