Does anyone have a good tried and loved recipe for Hot *spiked with rum* apple cider?  Perferably with cinnamon and can have extras like nutmeg and other spices...just want something tasty with a nice zing.

I love getting my massages:)   I go for massages every 4 weeks because of work related backpain.
