Shopping Fail

I've been looking at boots online for the last 3 days. I'm not just looking for one pair; I'm looking for one pair for each occasion (e.g., going out, rain, snow, everyday). Even though I have a perfectly good pair of quality winter boots

I don't get why when it comes to boots, I feel like I need like 5 bazillion pairs! I currently own like 3 pairs of boots (one black suede, one grayish leather, one really high heel brother leather) and yet I'm constantly like... OH BOOTS! (I've been looking at flat ones lately) Especially since I can't wear them in the winter time since it's so goddamn icy/snowy outside.

I ended up at Nordstrom and purchased a pair of Sperry Top-Siders (rain boots) and a pair of Uggs, as (despite already having winter boots) I still wanted a pair just for running around in the rain, as well as a pair for just keeping my feet warm. I resisted Uggs for years because I thought they were hideous (and still think so), but OMG are they comfy. I justified the expense with the excuse that they were quality products that were intended to last me years. :)

And now, I'm actually going to return the rain boots in favor of another pair. So indecisive. Ridiculous!!

The girly gene finally caught up to us. WOOOOEEEEEEESSSS.

I do the same with dresses, as though I live in weather conditions or a work environment where dresses would be an everyday occurrence. Winter = snow boots + giant down coat everyday. But every time I see dresses, I'm like "OHHHH! LOOOOK! PREEEETTTTYYY!!!" (Incidentally, I have a similar reaction to cute Asian guys.... hmm...)

Stupid brain.

I bought 2 pairs, more for function than for fashion. Got one delivered to the office. IT WAS LIKE CHRISTMAS FUCK YEAH
