i couldn't get to sleep until 6am yesterday, upon which i slept five hours and headed outside. there was no sun.... does it still count? perhaps, for i got to sleep (i think) before 3am last night. so if the repairing happens first, that is the usefulness of naps, yeah? i like to sleep when i get stomach aches for 30minutes-2hours. it makes them go away... is that enough time anything useful to happen, or is it just finally the ability to relax?
Sun should still be fairly effective when out in Australia, but the effectiveness is based on lux (candle power equivalent) and you need at least 1000 (i think). In fact, in polemic parts of the world (Northern Europe and Canada and such), seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression people get when they don't gain enough sunlight during the winter.
