Why does he hate me so much??

I dont understand why my dad hates me so much? He is raising the rent from 200 to 300 a month. Then he told me that i could pay 200 a month and have the other 100 go towards the money he owes me. WTF!! How does he expect that to pay off what he owes me? I am so mad, am i that bad of a person that he is doing that. If steven and i both pay 300 that
