This is rediculous! Its been almost three months since he has had a job! I dont even give a crap if he is still paying his part of rent, he's almost 25 and does not have a job. I'll tell you what doesn't work... giving him the silent treatment and waiting for him to do something about it. That is my usual approach and typically nothing happens. So don't do that
