but Rock Band is fucking awesome. Also, I would like to note that after owning the game for less than 9 hours, my roommate Rich beat Foreplay/Long Time expert on drums. Dammit, I'm not the best as drums among my friends anymore :(

i managed to get through the beginning first try, but i quit because we were going out. next time i tried it, i beat the rest of it. Foreplay isnt nearly as hard as it seems, its just that the drums were poorly made so it requires a very unorthodox play style, and as someone who actually played drums its probably weird for you. once you get the hang of that, youll clear it too.

Yeah, when I played it I put it on lefty so I could hit the 2-3 of the triplets with my right hand and the note on the beat with my left. I just can't mentally disconnect my right hand from my foot for the bass pedal on the harder expert songs (I want to keep hitting the bass pedal on the beat and end up failing with like a 95% since I add notes >.<)

I'm looking forward to the Wii version of Rock band. Unfortunately, unless they get finished with the redundancy filing of redundancy forms (in triplicate) so I can start my job I won't be able to get it until Christmas.
