I love meeting people on the bus! When I took the bus to Colorado I met a very hairy guy from the mountains of Colorado who gave me a handblown pipe in return for a sandwich and a drunken stud-boy who gave me a necklace and swore he was gonna look me up in Michigan and come visit me. Stange, I never heard from him.

Maybe it wasn't actually me, maybe it was the girl who played Punky Brewster on some weird Lifetime movie - where she's escaping from her abusive husband with her child and finds solace in the hairy Coloradian and the drunken frat boy. And they give her the strength to keep running. Run Punky, run!
