Perhaps it is time for a post

Well ladies and gentlemen, it's been too long since my last post. There really is no excuse for this. I should be able to fire off a post each day. . but realistically, my life isn't fun and exciting as others may believe (i live a very boring life). . chris,
in all my travels throughout lj land, this one takes the cake. there is far too much in this post for me to comment on but i will say this: never feel as though you've let anyone of us down, regardless of what some test tells you. bcc is about unconditional love and we will always have your back and be proud of ya whatever you find yourself in. don't you forget it. i'll see you when this is over.

You have this grasp on reality that I feel has escaped me while I've been at University. It's so hard to keep things in perspective when your main goal for three and a half years is doing well on tests and assignments. I haven't even given considerable thought to what comes after all this, or how what I'm doing now will effect the years to come. Ultimately it's not going to matter if I get a 90% or a 70% on an exam, but at the time, it feels so significant. I don't know where I'm going with this. Mostly I just wanted to say, I like your post... and as a friend and a pseudo-bcc member, I've got your back too.

You're always a bcc member to me Whitey chickenjive November 8 2004, 10:27:35 UTC
Hey Whitey, just wanted to say thank you first, it's been a while since we've made contact (which makes me sad). . i enjoy your company. Yes it's true, when i first came here to University, i was all about getting the good grades and what not. I too lost my perspective. . but eventually it's true 5-7 yrs from now, it doesn't matter how high your grades were. It just took me about 4 yrs to realize this. Sometimes u can't control what happens in life, all u can do is take it as it comes. email me your phone number cha2@uwo.ca
perhaps we can chat sometime
