i think everyone that saw this cloud in real life must have immediately turned really gay...... if all clouds looked like this the world would be a wonderfull place, the human race would become extinct but hey.... small price to pay!!

If it's somewhere on the web, and say the pic is at http://www.cloudsite/clouds.jpg - then you need to type the following into your journal to get it to show up:

img src="http://www.cloudsite/clouds.jpg" (needs to be in those brackets that look like this <> or it wont work (I couldn't put them round the link or LJ would have tried to show you a non-existant pic instead of what I typed.

If the pic is on your hard drive, then you need to upload it onto the web ... so you'd need webspace or something. Am I being patronising? You probably know this already and just forgot to decapitalize the file extension or something.
