Well, day 2 was complete and I sat down and talked to my boss at Brighter Day and we discussed what I was doing and the best way to go about it. I repect this man's opion, for he is a leading herbalist and has run the shop sucsefully for 28 years. I think super-cleanse regimes are good if you're all out of whack, to get yourself back to neutral, but for long-term health improvement the old (no fun, slow) standards are best. Eat better, move around more. And the one that worked so well for me (that nobody* wants to hear) -- don't drink. Or drink less.

I think you're probably just suffering from "domesticity padding." I think it happens to everyone eventually. And you're starting to get to the age (what are you, early, mid 20's?) where your metabolism changes.
