1) Sign up 2) Fill out the profile info. 3) Invite friends or buy friends. 4) Collect 27 friends within the same theme. (Example: 27 broads wearing pink). You can trade your friends (cards) for new ones with other people to get your theme going. 5) Submit your 27 for a prize.
Prizes are given based on creativity.. and they include things like $$, sony psp, ipods, gift certificates to different places... TONS of stuff.
