the porters are not up to much this morning

i was just looking at the "learning to love you more" website. a lot of the things on there seem to be along the lines of some unclear theme that has to do with how childhood is weird and people's little intimate lives. i am never sure what to think about that, but after i was looking at it i was sitting in the living room looking out the window

I am a poorly constructed woman. I am falling apart at the seams. I am wearing a kind of badly sewn vaguely patchwork dress that I got from the theatre department costume sale and drawing stitches all over my body. Having already sported this last night, I'm somewhat concerned that I'll have to be dressed this same way right up until Tuesday, and maybe even beyond. Also, I think I know what you mean about the tress and the spoons...I mean, I think you know that I think I know.

hey, i called you yesterday, while i was on a nature walk. i hope you sleep in your halloween costume. tullah and pilar are getting annoyed with me for being so excited about having trick or treaters. i think it is part of the only-child-in-the-woods syndrome that you may be able to relate to. actually having trick or treaters is so much cooler than bringing your bus friends bags of candy when your mom drives you to thier house to trick or treat.

oh you're right! I can relate! I am super pumped about trick or treaters, my living room is so chock full of Halloween decorations! Of course, I may have to go to my friends' house in Mass. for Halloween, because they are even MORE excited about trick or treaters and they want friends there to help them pass out $40 worth of candy! I got your message, but I have to wait to call you until I finish a paper that I assigned myself.
